October 2nd is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi who was inspirational for many to fight for our independence. He is also inspirational in making business operations - a success. He was of the opinion that CUSTOMER FOCUS should be main theme in our business activities. His inspiring words are as under

"A Customer is the most important visitor
on our premises.
He is not dependent on us.
We are dependent on him.
He is not an interruption on our work.
He is the purpose of it.
He is not an outsider on our business.
He is a part of it.
We are not doing him a favor by serving him.
He is doing us a favor by giving us
an opportunity to do so"

We all should provide better and better services and products to the customer and make and keep him happy for improved business.
